I have been going to West Valley Dental for 11 months for full dental implants. Everyone here is exceptionally professional and personable at their specific job. Hazel has been assisting me with my implants for quite a few months. She does excellent work and really takes the time to get things right for me. Her experience is unmatched and I am grateful for her. Everyone that works here is here for you and you alone when they are working with you which is a real comfort. I give them 5 stars all the way around!!!

I am a 7 year patient. Dr Hsue and his tenured team of multi-disciplinary dental professionals NEVER disappoint. He brings over 30 years of experience and provides state of the art dental solutions. Dr Hsue and his staff use the latest techniques to remedy even the most difficult cases and issues. If it is routine dental care or full restorations, this is the dental practice of choice. Needless to say, I am a delighted customer for life.

I have gotten 3 opinions for my dental needs but Hsue and his staff explained everything in detail! I have high anxiety going to the dentist with several dental needs, but I was totally comfortable and made to feel like I was talking to friends. Dr. Hsue, his associates Dr. Chen and Dr. Sanett and entire team of West Valley Dental, provided what customer service is all about, they are definition of outstanding customer service with kindness, professionalism, thoughtfulness was above and beyound. You have a feeling, everything will be OK, over come the feeling of anxiety, pain and procedures (extraction, bone graft,implant, and crown placement). They are able to explain how it works, the recovery time and healing. I know it is time consuming procedures that require your patient to endure and complete the process! It really works and I am very satisfied. So far, I might say it is one of my best decision that enhance my quality of life. I still have one implant procedure to endure, But I know everything will go smoothly!

I went to this dentist with complicated dental issues and he and his team were extremely helpful and attentive to detail. They came up with the most practical solutions and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Staff was So Informative. West Valley is an all inclusive location. The dentists, and support group are at this location. The lab is on sight. The importance of this is that the lab sees what I look like. The 2nd, or 3rd party labs don't. Back and forth is not what is done here. That is why I chose West Valley Dental

West Valley Dental has changed my life for good!!! I got my full set of final implants today that I will have forever. They are very clean and fit perfectly. I give a big shout out to Hazel, Farrah, and all of the staff who helped me and fitted me along the way! Dr. Hsue has been amazing and is the best surgeon that I have ever dealt with. His care and understanding of my personal needs is unmatched. If you are on the fence about implants do your research and you will see that this organization is a true 5 star facility!!! By the way I am 51 years old. When I came in for a consultation I had only 6 teeth on my bottom and a full denture on top. Now I have full dental implants with a fabulous look and no more worries!!!
